"The exhibition Variation takes its inspiration from the musical concept of 'variation,' which signifies the continuous transformation and deepening of both form and content in artistic creation. In music, variation refers to the process of enriching form and emotion through ornamentation and metamorphosis while retaining the essential structure of a theme. This concept extends beyond the realm of music and finds perfect expression in artistic practice. 'Variation is the soul of music and the essence of art—capturing flux within constancy, and anchoring eternity within flux.' Through the presentation of artworks, the exhibition explores the complex relationships between change and constancy, flux and eternity, inviting viewers to reflect on the nature of art and its profound significance."
