Yang Xinguang is attending the 2019 Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism/ Architecture Sub-Venue. The exhibition with the theme "Coordinates: THEATER" is officially opened on December 22, 2020. Through positioning and combining the space as a physical, social and spiritual space, the exhibited space is transformed to an open field. Over 50 artists, architects and designers from China and abroad were invited to attend this exhibition, presented a variety of creative forms including space reconstruction, installation, image, painting, literature and performance. 

Yang presented his work Touch (2009-2013). The process of urbanization in China experienced demolishing many old houses. These old beams are collected from the ruins of the outskirts of Beijing, as the important part of the building, once sending out the wood warmth, the people actually represents the temperature of the materials for building the most basic cognitions, that is, shared emotions between building space and human physical bodies. Now these old beams exist as waste, has been separated from the human memories, become cold and heartless.
